Our approach · A letter to business owners

Results, not tools.

Why we don't sell you yet another program, but make sure the work gets done. And how you decide for yourself how much of it you do on your own.

  • Results, not toolsYou get work done, not a program to operate
  • Root cause before symptomWe change processes at the root
  • People approveHow much, you decide per process
Example: orders by emailResults, not tools
  1. TodayCustomers order by email

Someone types every order into the system.

  2. Root cause before symptomCustomers order themselves

In a customer portal or online shop. The email is never written.

  3. For the restAutomation by procedure

Whatever still arrives by email is captured by an agent. If a rule is missing, it asks.

  4. ResultThe order is in the system
    • No retyping
    • You approve where needed

The problem: yet another program

Most businesses I know don't have a software problem. They have too much of it. Quotes are written in one program, invoices in another, stock levels live in a spreadsheet. Orders arrive by email, by phone and sometimes still by fax. Each of these programs was bought to save work. Your people still have to operate them. And because the programs don't talk to each other, someone types the same data twice: from the order into the inventory system, from there into accounting. In the end you bought tools, and the work stayed with you.

Our approach: results, not tools

We turn this around. With us you don't buy a tool, you buy a result: the order is in the system, the invoice has been sent, the stock level is right. How we get there is our job. One principle applies: root cause before symptom. Before we automate a process, we ask whether it needs to exist at all. If customers email their orders every day, the retyping can be automated. Often it is better that the email is never written, because your customers order themselves: in an online shop, a customer portal or through an interface. So the solution is often not AI at all. We use AI where it really helps.

No off-the-shelf tool

Our client portal is where we work together: there you see the status, your tasks and what is waiting for your approval. It is not the software you end up with. Nor do we sell a particular automation tool. For each business we choose what fits: a workflow builder when it pays off; our own code, run in the cloud or on a dedicated server in Germany; an online shop, a portal for your customers or an interface. What matters is what runs reliably in your business.

How it works

Routine runs by itself, decisions stay with people. In between are clear, written rules.

  1. 01

    Define the process

Every process is written down as an operating procedure (SOP): what happens, in which order and who decides.

  2. 02

    Routine runs by itself

Capturing, matching, preparing, following up: this runs in the background, through online shop, customer portal, interfaces and rules, and where it fits with AI agents.

  3. 03

    People review and approve

Before anything leaves your business or moves money, a person looks at it. How much needs approval, you decide per process.

  4. 04

    Missing rule? The agent asks

If an agent hits a case no rule covers, it stops and asks instead of guessing. Every answer becomes a new rule. So the process becomes more complete with every special case.

Two ways

You decide how much you do yourself.

Both ways lead to the same goal: processes that get done reliably. They differ in how closely we work with you.

In the portal

Get started yourself

You create a free account, describe your processes and calculate the price right in the portal. Then the routine runs by itself: through online shop, customer portal, interfaces and rules, and where it fits with AI agents. You approve.

A good fit if
You like to get things done yourself and know your processes well.
Working together
Through the portal, at your own pace. If you have questions, a person answers.
Technology
What fits each process instead of one fixed tool. Where agents work, they stop when a rule is missing.
Price
Calculate it yourself with the price calculator in the portal.
With guidance

Accelerate

We take the journey together with you, towards a goal you choose. “Lighten the load”: unnecessary work disappears, with a shop or portal instead of email, interfaces instead of retyping, fixed rules and small custom software; AI only where it helps. “AI-native”: a business that agents can operate.

A good fit if
You want to move faster and are looking for a partner who knows your business.
Working together
One permanent contact, regular calls at a fixed rhythm, operating procedures (SOPs) worked out together.
Technology
We build at your business what your goal needs. For “AI-native”, the layer of data and interfaces: service accounts with exactly the rights they need, a check of every request, a log and a privacy filter wherever personal data is involved.
Price
Depends on the scope of the guidance. You know it before we start.

No magicAI makes mistakes, especially with cases it hasn't seen before. That is why people review, and why an agent stops when a rule is missing.
Honest, even when it doesn't pay offIf a process only happens twice a month, automating it often isn't worth it. Then we tell you so, even if it costs us the job.
No particular toolWe are not tied to any program or vendor. We recommend what fits your business, even if it is the simplest solution.
No numbers without evidenceWe won't quote you savings we can't back up. What changes, we look at together in your business.

In closing

I have made this journey myself, in my own business: from scattered programs to a system of our own on which automation and AI run today. What I recommend to you runs there every day. If you want to know where your business stands, start with the process that costs you the most time today. Whether you tackle it yourself in the portal or we tackle it together is up to you. I look forward to getting to know your business. Simon Festl Founder
