We set everything up in your own accounts. They belong to you; we are only invited. If you like, we keep an eye on things for a monthly fee. It is not required. We clarify responsibilities at handover.

General AI advice does not know your business; we look at it in detail and know what is possible. After: where does the application run, where is the data stored, who takes care of special cases, data protection and updates? And we bring the time that day-to-day business usually lacks. Yes. We build agents working by your rules and first check whether something simpler is enough. You set one of four autonomy levels for each process and can change it at any time. Our default is level 2: “Software does it, a person approves”. At level 4, software decides according to your rules. The level also applies to money, contracts and customer contact. Your solution checks it before every action and logs what happens. You handle approvals directly in your solution, for example by email, Teams or app.
