Why we don't sell you yet another program, but make sure the work gets done. Start with a free assessment, then decide how closely we work with you.
Someone types every order into the system.
In a customer portal or online shop. The email is never written.
Whatever still arrives by email is captured by an agent. If a rule is missing, it asks.
Most businesses I know don't have a software problem. They have too much of it. Quotes are written in one program, invoices in another, stock levels live in a spreadsheet. Orders arrive by email, by phone and sometimes still by fax. Each of these programs was bought to save work. Your people still have to operate them. And because the programs don't talk to each other, someone types the same data twice: from the order into the inventory system, from there into accounting. In the end you bought tools, and the work stayed with you.
We turn this around. With us you don't buy a tool, you buy a result: the order is in the system, the invoice has been sent, the stock level is right. How we get there is our job. One principle applies: root cause before symptom. Before we automate a process, we ask whether it needs to exist at all. If customers email their orders every day, the retyping can be automated. Often it is better that the email is never written, because your customers order themselves: in an online shop, a customer portal or through an interface. So the solution is often not AI at all. We use AI where it really helps.
Our client portal is where we work together: there you see project status, your tasks and what is waiting for your project approval. Autonomy levels, approvals for individual automated actions and their logs belong in the customer solution we build for you. It is not the software you end up with. Nor do we sell a particular automation tool. For each business we choose what fits: a workflow builder when it pays off; our own code, run in the cloud or on a dedicated server in Germany; an online shop, a portal for your customers or an interface. What matters is what runs reliably in your business.
Routine runs by itself. You decide which decisions the software may make for each process. Clear, written rules form the basis.
Every process is written down as an operating procedure (SOP): what happens, in which order and who decides.
Capturing, matching, preparing, following up: this runs in the background, through online shop, customer portal, interfaces and rules, and where it fits with AI agents.
You set one of four autonomy levels for each process and can change it at any time. Our default is level 2: “Software does it, a person approves”. At level 4, software decides according to your rules. The level also applies to money, contracts and customer contact. Your solution checks it before every action and logs what happens. You handle approvals directly in your solution, for example by email, Teams or app.
If an agent hits a case no rule covers, it stops and asks instead of guessing. Every answer becomes a new rule. So the process becomes more complete with every special case.
You buy an outcome. We personally review your processes and provide the agreed level of guidance. You set one of four autonomy levels for each process and can change it at any time. For businesses that want to take load off their team. A permanent contact, meetings at a fixed rhythm and ongoing guidance. Implementation at a fixed price per outcome; optional check-ins for a monthly fee per process, not a requirement.
For businesses that want to become AI-native: a business that agents can operate, with humans who decide.
