The process first
We look at where time is lost and why. Often a form or a clear piece of information is missing at the start. We solve that first, then less AI is needed.
If AI mostly writes texts for you so far, that is a start. It does more when it works inside your processes: routing enquiries, checking documents, transferring data. Still, we do not start with AI but with the process. What a fixed rule can do needs no AI. Where rules are not enough, we use it deliberately, and you decide what it may do on its own.
Four moments from typical businesses. These are examples, not customer cases.
TodayEnquiries, complaints, invoices and advertising arrive mixed together. Someone reads everything, sorts it by hand and forwards it.
With AI in the processThe AI reads along and routes: enquiries to sales, invoices to accounting, complaints with their case to the person responsible. Uncertain cases it puts in front of you.
TodayCustomers send photos, PDFs and scans. Someone checks by hand whether everything is included and writes a follow-up when something is missing.
With AI in the processFirst, a form says what is needed. Whatever still arrives freely, the AI checks for completeness and prepares the follow-up. You approve sending it.
TodayOrders and delivery notes arrive as PDFs. Every line is typed into the inventory system by hand.
With AI in the processThe AI reads the lines, a rule checks them against items and prices. If everything fits, the order lands in the system. Deviations come to you as a notice.
TodayOpening hours, delivery status, missing documents: the same questions arrive by email and phone, and someone interrupts their work to answer.
With AI in the processFirst, the answer is where customers look: website, confirmation, customer portal. Whatever still comes in, an assistant answers from your data. Anything unclear goes to your team.
AI is a tool, not a goal. We use it where it takes work off your hands.
We look at where time is lost and why. Often a form or a clear piece of information is missing at the start. We solve that first, then less AI is needed.
What can be described as a rule runs as a rule: traceable and the same every time. AI comes in where texts, images or special cases have to be read.
For each process you decide whether the AI only suggests, whether you approve, or whether it acts on its own. You approve where you already work, for example by email or app.
More about AI agentsWe set everything up in your own accounts. The accounts belong to you, we are only invited in. On request we check in regularly for a monthly flat fee. It is not required.
Create an account and describe in a few sentences which work keeps repeating and where it gets stuck.
We review your information personally and prepare a preview in the portal: your process today, an idea for afterwards and the rough benefit.
You see the price in the portal before you place an order. We set everything up in your accounts and test with real data before anything goes live.
Often, yes. We look at what you use and connect it to your processes where it makes sense. Switching is not the goal.
It can. That is why rules check its results, uncertain cases go to a person, and you decide what it may do without approval.
Your data stays in your own accounts.
The account and the preview are free. For implementation you see a fixed price per result in the portal before you place an order.
We are opening sign-up for the customer portal shortly. Ask to be notified and you will hear from us first. Would you rather talk right away? Write to us at hallo@fesity.de.
Get notifiedFree and without obligation. We store the portal database and project files in the EU.
Once the portal launches, you see your fixed price there before you commit. The account is free; registration is still closed.
