“Does this fit my model?” The answer is already in the shop.
Customers ask whether a part fits their model. We make your compatibility data the shared foundation: customers filter by model themselves, and where they still ask, a reply is ready.

Workflows from the spare parts trade
When customers can see for themselves which part fits, the question never arises. What works for you depends on your software; we build it step by step.
“Does this fit my model?”
Customers pick their model in the shop and see only parts that fit.
TodayCustomers keep asking whether a part fits. Someone searches data sheets, exploded views and old messages and writes the reply by hand, channel by channel.
AfterwardsCustomers pick their model in the shop and see only parts that fit. Anyone who still asks gets a reply from the same data, as a draft with a link to the part. A person checks and sends it.
Maintaining shop and marketplaces
You maintain the part and its model list once. Shop and marketplaces follow.
TodayEach part is created separately in the shop and on every marketplace, with its own fields for models, part numbers and mandatory details. With many items, upkeep falls behind.
AfterwardsYou maintain the part and its model list once. Drafts per channel are created with manufacturer details and warnings. You approve, and stock and price stay the same everywhere.
Service inbox
Customers see tracking and invoices themselves. For everything else there are draft replies; a person approves.
TodayQuestions about orders, delivery times and faulty parts arrive via shop, marketplaces and email. Who answered what is hard to trace.
AfterwardsCustomers see tracking and invoices themselves. All other messages land in one inbox, sorted by topic, with a draft reply from order and shipping data. A person approves.
How you can work with us
A good place to start is compatibility data and the service inbox. The solution runs in your accounts.
You see your fixed price in the portal before you commit. The account is free.
With spare parts, fit is everything. Customers ask whether a part fits their model, and someone searches data sheets and old replies. Supplier data has gaps, and everything has to go into the shop and onto the marketplaces. We make your compatibility data the shared foundation: customers filter by model themselves, and where they still ask, a reply is ready.
Six workflows from everyday spare parts trade
We start with the cause: when customers can see for themselves which part fits, the question never arises. Automation and AI come in where self-service is not enough. By default, a person approves what goes out.
Compatibility data
TodayWhich part fits which model is in supplier lists, spreadsheets and the heads of experienced staff. Errors in supplier data only show when a customer receives the wrong part.
AfterwardsThe link between part and model lives in one place. New supplier data is checked against what you have, contradictions are flagged. What customers ask becomes a new match after review.
Returns and wrong purchases
TodayA part comes back because it does not fit. Whether it can be resold is only clear in the warehouse, and the error in the data stays.
AfterwardsCustomers register the return themselves, with reason and photo. The warehouse checks against a list: restock, second-grade or dispose. If the part did not fit, the match is reviewed. A person approves the refund.
Purchasing
TodayMany items, some rarely asked for. Reordering is done by gut feeling, and popular parts run out just as the season starts.
AfterwardsSales history, lead times and minimum quantities produce order proposals per supplier. You see what is running low and what sits too long, and order after checking.
What would you get out of it?
Some people calculate, others think about their day. Both are right.
Customers find the right partWith the model filter, customers see what fits. The inbox gets what the data cannot answer.
Knowledge that staysWhat experienced staff know about parts and models is in the data, not only in their heads.
Every channel, one versionYou maintain part, model list, stock and price once. Shop and marketplaces follow.
Purchasing with an overviewOrder proposals show what is running low and what sits too long. You decide what is ordered.

What we connect
One interface from parts master to accounting
We do not replace your online shop or inventory system, we connect them. On top we add a technical layer: part, model list, order and customer message are entered once and used everywhere.
01
Parts master and compatibility
Part numbers, model lists, manufacturer data and images. The link between part and model lives in one place and keeps growing.
02
Online shop and marketplaces
Model filter in the shop, listings per channel with mandatory details, stock, prices and orders in one place.
03
Warehouse and shipping
Bin locations, picking, shipping and tracking. Your inventory or warehouse system stays the source.
04
Service and returns
One inbox for all channels, draft replies for approval, returns with reason and photo, a checklist at goods-in.
05
Purchasing and accounting
Order proposals per supplier, marketplace payouts, e-invoices for workshops and business customers, organised for your tax adviser.
What if something has no interface?
Then we use exports or the user interface. If it does not make sense for your software, we tell you in the first call.
Privacy
Customer data stays where it belongs.
Orders, addresses, customer messages and details of the customer's vehicle are part of your customer data. They are not sent to AI services outside the EU. By default, a person approves anything that goes out. Refunds and goodwill are always decided by a person, also because the GDPR protects customers from purely automated decisions with legal effect (Art. 22).
AI only with EU processingWe do not pass personal data to AI services outside the EU.
You decide how independentlyYou set one of four autonomy levels for each process and can change it at any time. Our default is level 2: “Software does it, a person approves”. At level 4, software decides according to your rules. The level also applies to money, contracts and customer contact. Your solution checks it before every action and logs what happens. You handle approvals directly in your solution, for example by email, Teams or app.
Only what is neededFor “Does it fit?”, model and part are enough. The match does not need name or address.
A person decidesRefunds, credit notes and goodwill are proposed, but never carried out automatically.
A good place to start is compatibility data and the service inbox. We set up the solution in your accounts; check-ins on request. You can also book advice and implement it yourself.
Implementation
We build, test with real data and hand everything over documented. Code and data belong to you.
Care on request
Everything runs in your own accounts. On request, we check in for a monthly fee.
Consulting
Assessment and concept: where things get stuck, what pays off, in which order. You implement yourself or with your IT partner.
On request, we host the solution ourselves; this is then stated in the offer.
How we work
Four steps, each with a clear result and your approval before we move on.
01
Understand
You give us as much context as possible: describe your processes in the portal, upload documents. We review your information personally and prepare your preview. The more you tell us, the more precise it becomes.
02
Define
A written description: what gets automated, and within which limits.
03
Build & test
Implementation and testing with real data before anything goes live.
04
Care on request
Runs in your accounts, check-ins on request. We hand over the solution with documentation.
We sell spare parts for e-scooters ourselves, in our own online shop and on a marketplace. That is where we took this path first: our own warehouse management system instead of separate tools, compatibility research, a service inbox with draft replies approved by a person, and order proposals from sales. We currently no longer hire anyone for back-office work.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to switch shop or inventory system?
No. We connect what you have: via interfaces, exports or, where necessary, the user interface. Your inventory system stays the source for parts and stock.
Our compatibility data has gaps. Does this still work?
Yes, that is normal. For car parts there is a widely used industry catalogue, for many other areas there is not. We start with the parts customers ask about most. Every customer question the data cannot answer is flagged as a gap and filled after review.
Will an AI answer our customers?
First, customers should find what fits themselves: via the model filter in the shop, tracking and returns. Where they still write, a draft reply is created from your data. If something is unclear, the draft says so. A person checks and sends it. Refunds and goodwill are always decided by a person.
You sell spare parts yourselves. Doesn't that make you a competitor?
A fair question. We sell parts for e-scooters. We use your data only for your project, not for our own trade. This is set out in our service description and terms, and for personal data additionally in the data processing agreement. Fesity runs on its own systems, separate from our trade. If you sell in the same area, we raise it openly in the first call.
Does this replace our staff?
No. Knowledge of parts and models, packing and decisions stay with your people. What should go away is the looking up, retyping and searching in between.
